Each room is furnished (bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk, curtains) and fitted with a modern kitchenette (burner, microwave, fridge), WiFi, TV and shared laundry facilities. The residences provide 24-hour security and surveillance, communal spaces and services tailored to student life. Qwetu underpins the structure behind Africa's first student-housing REIT, launched by Acorn, durably shaping this segment in Nairobi.
