1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Imonga platform (imonga.com), which allows users to post, browse and manage real-estate listings for sale and rent.
2. Access to the service
Browsing listings is free and open. Posting listings requires creating an account. Users agree to provide accurate information when registering.
3. User account
Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from their account. Imonga offers "individual" and "real-estate agent" account types.
4. Posting listings
Advertisers warrant that they are entitled to list the property offered and that the information provided is accurate, up to date and not misleading. Imonga may remove any non-compliant listing.
5. Liability
Imonga acts as a host of listings and is not a party to transactions concluded between users. The platform does not guarantee the accuracy of listings posted by users.
6. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Users have the right to access, rectify and delete their data.
7. Changes to the terms
Imonga reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial change.
