Imonga is open in Togo, Benin, Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal and Ghana. For now, published listings are in Togo, mainly in Greater Lomé. In the other countries, the site shows new developments and a directory of professionals. Each city page shows what is actually available there.
Turn on location, then sort listings by "Nearest to me": properties appear from the closest to the furthest.
Yes. On the listings page, set your filters (city, property type, budget), then click "Save search". Imonga emails you when a new listing matches. You manage your searches from your dashboard.
Yes. Add listings to the comparison tool, then open the Compare page to see their features side by side. You can also keep listings as favourites in your account.
From listings published on Imonga in the city, computed live. We show the median and a range that leaves out the cheapest 10% and the most expensive 10% of listings. A row only appears once there are 5 listings: below that, we publish no price. These are asking prices, not signed sale prices. See prices by city.

Yes. Creating an account and publishing listings is free, with no limit on the number of listings. Paid promotion of a listing is not offered yet: every listing currently gets the same visibility. Only property management is paid, billed per unit.
Up to 10 photos per listing, in JPG, PNG or WebP format, 5 MB maximum each.
Every account can search and publish listings. The agent account is for real-estate professionals and is activated from your profile. An agent can show a WhatsApp or phone contact on their profile; a private user stays reachable through the messaging system.
The Imonga team awards it to a professional or development page after review. It does not replace an official licence: in Côte d'Ivoire, for example, estate agents and developers must be licensed by the housing ministry, which publishes their lists. Always check who you are dealing with and the property's documents.
Only users signed in to their account can review a seller or an agent. Reviews appear on the relevant profile, with the average rating and the number of reviews.
Not those of a private user: conversations go through the built-in messaging system unless you choose to share your number.
Never pay anything before visiting the property and checking that the person you deal with is the owner or their authorised agent. When buying, ask for the title deed and use a notary. Our guide to avoiding property scams lists the warning signs.
Write to us at [email protected] with the link to the listing and what worries you. Our team checks it and removes the listing if needed.
It compares your property with listings published on Imonga for the same property type and transaction, in your area and then, if needed, in the country. It needs at least 3 comparable listings: below that, we give no range rather than make one up. You can then ask a local expert, who contacts you within 48 hours. Value a property.
No. The calculator estimates a monthly payment from the price, down payment, rate and duration you enter. The actual rate and terms depend on your bank.

It is billed per unit, meaning per separately rented home. The Discovery plan is free for up to 2 units and can already be used. Paid plans will open with Mobile Money payment: Landlord at 1,000 FCFA per unit per month (or 10,000 FCFA per year), Agency at 700 FCFA per unit per month (or 7,000 FCFA per year) from 20 units.
