For landlords

Receipts issued without a thought

Letting a property is mostly about dates: the rent falling due, the receipt to send, the charges to settle, the condition report to have signed. imonga keeps that calendar for you and records every sum received.

What the module does for you

Six mechanisms, all already running. Nothing here is announced for later.

Rent calls go out on their own

On the date you set, the instalment is raised and the tenant is notified. You open nothing, you forget nothing.

You record the payment received

Cash or transfer, entered once: it is attached to the lease and the instalment, not to a message you have to dig out.

The receipt goes out on its own

Numbered and unique, issued as soon as the payment is recorded, sent to the tenant by notification and email.

Charges are split

Provisions, statements and adjustments, with the per-item detail a tenant can check line by line.

Late payments are chased

A reminder once the date has passed, a penalty if your lease provides for one. Tracking arrears stops being a memory exercise.

Condition reports are filed

Move-in and move-out, with photos, next to the property's compliance register. What was recorded stays available.

Agencies also get management mandates, agency statements and owner payouts.

How it works

  1. You create your account

One account is enough. It is free and keeps access to your existing listings.

  2. You enter your units and leases

Tenant, rent, charges, due date and term. Once entered, it is never retyped.

  3. The calendar runs

Instalments go out, you record the payments, receipts are issued. You only step in for the exception.

  4. You keep the proof

Every recorded payment, every receipt and every condition report stays available and exportable.

What it costs

Publishing a listing stays free and unlimited. Only rental management will be charged, per unit, because the unit is what earns you money. Two units stay free, and the paid plans are not open yet.
