About the project
Qwetu Ruaraka is one of Acorn Holdings' earliest purpose-built student residences in Nairobi, operating since 2017. Located in Ruaraka along Thika Road, it is a few minutes' drive from KCA University and within walking distance of the TRM and Garden City malls. The complex offers high-quality self-contained studios plus twin, single and premium rooms, all fully furnished with a double divan bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk, free-to-air TV, WiFi and a modern kitchenette with gas cylinder, microwave and fridge. Residents enjoy lounges, a gym, laundry, convenience retail and 24-hour security surveillance. Like other Qwetu residences, it aims to give students a safe, modern and community-driven living environment.
