About the project
The Wings is a landmark office complex in Victoria Island, located on Ozumba Mbadiwe Avenue, Lagos, built by Cappa & D'Alberto, one of Nigeria's oldest building and civil engineering firms. The complex comprises two connected towers offering approximately 27,000 sqm of lettable office space. Completed in the first quarter of 2017, it notably welcomed Oando as a major occupier, which inaugurated its new office space there. Beyond the office floors, the development integrates restaurants, an event deck and a jetty overlooking the lagoon, making it one of the most prestigious commercial addresses in Lagos. Its position on Ozumba Mbadiwe, at the heart of the Victoria Island business hub, makes it an architectural landmark of the Lagos waterfront. Cappa & D'Alberto, founded in 1932, also delivered the neighbouring Civic Tower and the Access Bank headquarters, confirming its role as a reference builder for high-rise buildings in Nigeria's economic capital.
