Mobil House is a landmark Lagos office building constructed by Cappa & D'Alberto, the Italian-Nigerian construction firm founded in 1932. The building long served as ExxonMobil's (formerly Mobil) Nigerian headquarters, standing as a major fixture of the city's corporate landscape. Completed in 1987 and refurbished in 2012, it is known for its safety standards and status as a corporate benchmark. After more than three decades of occupancy, ExxonMobil vacated Mobil House for new offices (Karaa Place in Ikoyi) as part of the reorganisation of its Nigerian operations. The building remains one of the notable commercial works in the Cappa & D'Alberto portfolio.
