About the project

Landmark Towers is a landmark ten-storey mixed-use building on the Atlantic beachfront, on Water Corporation Road in the Oniru district of Victoria Island, Lagos. Developed by the Landmark Africa Group for around USD 267 million, it combines premium offices (about 67% of the space), residences (14%), retail (13%) and leisure (6%). The design draws on major international complexes such as Rockefeller Center in New York, Canary Wharf in London, Melrose Arch in Johannesburg and Cape Town's V&A Waterfront. It hosts blue-chip tenants such as PwC, Regus and financial institutions, in spaces with fast Wi-Fi, backup power and Atlantic Ocean views. The site features restaurants, a fitness centre and direct beach access, at the heart of the Landmark hub that also includes Hard Rock Cafe Lagos and Landmark Beach. Founded in 1997 by Paul Onwuanibe, Landmark Africa is a leading player in Nigerian commercial real estate.
