Landmark Beach
The private leisure beach on the Lagos waterfront

About the project
Landmark Beach is a private leisure beach developed by Landmark Africa within the Landmark Village, on the Atlantic waterfront of Victoria Island, Lagos. Now one of the most visited relaxation destinations in the city, it offers a wide range of activities: kayaking, jet-skiing, surfing, boat cruises, as well as football and volleyball courts, swings and a children's play zone. The site hosts bars, restaurants and event spaces along the sand in a secure, well-kept setting. Access requires a modest entry fee, typically around 2,000 to 3,500 naira per adult depending on the booking method, with reduced rates for children; the beach is open Tuesday to Sunday, in the afternoon. Part of the mixed-use Landmark Village alongside the event centre, restaurants and the future hotel and residences, Landmark Beach is a seaside hub in the heart of Lagos, popular with families and visitors seeking the coast.
