About the project
Landmark Nike Lake Resort is a hotel and leisure complex located on Nike Lake Road, in Abakpa Nike, within the Trans Ekulu area of Enugu. Set on the shore of Nike Lake on the edge of the urban area, it offers a peaceful setting combining natural beauty and resort amenities, with views over the water. In 2023, Landmark Africa secured a 35-year lease to manage, operate and redevelop the site, now rebranded Landmark Nike Lake Resort and part of the Landmark Africa Group. In the first phase of a roughly 10 billion naira investment, the developer plans to refurbish the rooms and add waterfront villas, a children's park, beach lounges, dining outlets, a golf course and other leisure attractions. Accommodation ranges from Superior rooms to Executive, Diplomatic and Presidential suites, fitted with work desks, flat-screen televisions, air conditioning, refrigerators, in-room safes and internet. The resort lies about fifteen minutes from the airport and ten minutes from central Enugu.
