The first tranche of 488 units, launched in 2007, was handed over to buyers in 2012. A second tranche of 2,190 units is underway with roughly 27.13 billion CFA francs financed by Eximbank China. The project includes extensive shared facilities: 4 shopping centers, a sports complex, a health center, three places of worship (Catholic and Protestant churches and a mosque), a secondary school, ten primary school groups, parking and nearly 4 hectares of green space. Home prices range from 9 to 22 million CFA francs. For the second phase, SICOGI offers 10- or 15-year rent-to-own plans, with monthly payments of 70,000 to 150,000 CFA francs including life insurance.
