About
The Société Ivoirienne de Construction et de Gestion Immobilière (SICOGI) was a public operator created on 22 March 1962 by the State of Côte d'Ivoire. Based in Abidjan, it operated for nearly sixty years as a public limited company with majority public financial participation, with a share capital of 4,566,200,000 FCFA. Its business covered real estate development, land development, delegated project management and real estate intermediation, with a historical focus on social and affordable housing.
On 15 December 2021, decree n° 2021-864 transformed SICOGI into the Agence nationale de l'habitat (ANAH). This state company, under the supervision of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Urban Planning, no longer builds directly. It coordinates national housing policy, supervises programmes carried out by accredited private developers and manages projects inherited from the former structure. The share capital of 4.57 billion FCFA is retained, with the State holding 84.18 % of shares.
The real estate programmes shown on this profile were launched under SICOGI. For current stock, available reservations or allocation conditions for inherited units, contact ANAH directly.
