Océan Palm is Palmeraie Immobilier's first seaside project in Dar Bouazza, designed with architects Fayçal Sentissi and Mohamed Mechiche Alami. Launched in April 2016, the large-scale programme covers 690 units: 322 apartments, 272 duplex pavilions, 96 triplex pavilions and 38 shops.
