About the project
Les Jardins de l'Atlas is among the flagship projects of the Palmeraie Développement group in Marrakech. This integrated residential and tourism complex spans 150 hectares, about ten kilometres from the city centre on the Ourika road, for an investment of 1.8 billion dirhams. Arranged as themed villages, it brings together a residential offer of around 650 apartments, 420 villas and 440 pavilions, complemented by numerous amenities: two hotels, a shopping centre, a spa, collective pools, restaurants and an 18-hole golf course. The golf villas, true cocoons of privacy, rise at the foot of the snow-capped Atlas peaks. Following the success of its first phase, the project launched a second tranche of nearly 200 villas with garden and pool, starting with about thirty for quick delivery followed by at least 150 more, marketed from November 2017. Les Jardins de l'Atlas offers an upscale resort lifestyle combining golf, leisure and wellness, in the immediate vicinity of central Marrakech and its airport.
