About the project

La Colline de l'Océan is a residential project by Palmeraie Immobilier (Palmeraie Développement group) spread over 11 hectares in Dar Bouazza, minutes from Casablanca. The programme combines 180 villa plots of 200 to 300 m² and 172 high-standing apartments of two or three bedrooms, ranging from 98 m² to 165 m². Conceived as a healthy, serene oceanside living environment, the project lets buyers customise finishes, becoming in part the designers of their own interiors. La Colline de l'Océan was launched under the Palmeraie Immobilier brand, which replaced Palmeraie Luxury Living, as part of a plan of five projects launched in late 2018 for a total investment of 2 billion dirhams. It answers demand for a complete living environment near the sea and amenities, while staying connected to the Casablanca metropolis. It targets families seeking space, the security of a residential complex and proximity to the Dar Bouazza coastline.
