California Golf Resort is a residential green city developed by Palmeraie Developpement (Palmeraie group) on about 127 hectares of natural space in the Dar Bouazza / Bouskoura area on the edge of Casablanca. The project plans around 965 upscale units, split between roughly 550 villas and 400 apartments, in refined architecture using noble, natural materials such as wood and stone. The estate centres on an 18-hole golf course approved for national and international competition, plus a 6,000 sqm Country Club gathering a fitness room, spa, jacuzzi, indoor pool, pro-shop, outdoor terrace, skybar and lounge. Sales are already well advanced: about 85% of the villas and apartments have sold, with the few remaining units priced between 3.5 and 4.5 million dirhams. Between the ocean and the Casablanca countryside, with its greenery and proximity to the Dar Bouazza beaches, California Golf Resort offers a secured golf lifestyle at the gates of Morocco's economic capital.
