About the project

Villas de Bikélé are part of the Accelerated Property Ownership Programme (PAAP) run by Gabon's national housing company SNI, at Bikélé-Nzong in the 3rd district of Ntoum, on the edge of Libreville. In its second phase, launched for sale on 22 June 2023, the development offers around 200 serviced plots and roughly one hundred homes. The main product is F3 and F4 villas priced from about 35,000,000 to 44,000,000 CFA francs. SNI promotes a 'your villa in 6 months' offer and several payment options: cash, instalments over 12 to 36 months with a 30% down payment, or lease-to-own. The programme aims to ease home ownership for Gabonese households through serviced land and standardised housing. Bikélé, on the Libreville-Kango road, is a residential growth area of Greater Libreville.
