About the project
Led by the Société Nationale Immobilière (SNI), the Accelerated Home-Ownership Programme phase 2 (PAAP2) is developed in Bikélé, within the 3rd district of Ntoum. It offers 200 serviced plots of 400, 800 and 1000 m², priced between 10,000 and 20,000 FCFA per square metre, alongside F3 and F4 homes ranging from 35 to 44 million FCFA. Each plot comes with a land title once roads and sanitation networks are completed. SNI allows outright payment or instalments over 12 to 36 months, with an initial contribution of 30% plus fees. The programme is designed to be accessible to all social categories seeking home ownership.
