About the project
Telfair is the city centre of Moka Smart City, a mixed-use urban hub developed by ENL Property in the heart of Mauritius. Designed as a dynamic, connected district, Telfair blends offices, shops, restaurants, bars and residences within a pedestrian, green environment. It is structured around the Promenade, a wide tree-lined avenue that serves as Moka's green lung. The district notably hosts the Telfair Views Apartments and a central business area suited to showrooms and companies. Telfair is the first project in Africa to earn LEED for Neighbourhood Development certification, awarded by the US Green Building Council, a mark of sustainable urban planning. Developed by ENL, a Mauritian group active since 1821 and diversified into property development, Telfair embodies the vision of a smart city where people can live, work and play. The district is delivered and under continuous development.
