About the project
Bagatelle Estate is a mixed-use district developed by the ENL group in Moka, built around Bagatelle Mall, a large shopping centre in Mauritius. Opened in September 2011, the mall totals over 60,000 m² of lettable space, more than 100 brands and around 47 food outlets, making it a major retail destination in the region. The precinct combines retail, showrooms, offices (including the nearby Vivea Business Park) and housing, in the spirit of a lively district to work, shop and live in. The residential component includes Bagatelle Les Résidences – Belle Rive, offering a contemporary lifestyle a short walk from amenities. Located at the centre of the island, at the junction of Moka and the Plaines Wilhems, Bagatelle Estate has direct access to major roads and is minutes from Ebene, Port-Louis and the airport via the motorway. This project illustrates the transformation of ENL's historic land into a modern, integrated urban hub.
