South Med
TMG's Mediterranean coastal destination at Ras El Hekma

About the project
South Med (SouthMed) is an integrated coastal destination developed by Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG), one of Egypt's largest developers, on the Mediterranean North Coast at El Dabaa, between Ras El Hekma and Sidi Abdel Rahman. The project spans about 5,540 acres (nearly 23 million sqm) and stems from a landmark agreement signed with the Egyptian state as part of the Ras El Hekma development. The master plan is organised into six phases with a very low build ratio of around 15%, leaving room for vast green spaces, crystal lagoons and Mediterranean sea views. South Med aims to deliver a premium seaside setting blending residences, hotels, retail and leisure, with views over the sea and lagoons. TMG offers attractive payment plans with low down payments (from 3%) spread over several years. Located at the 165th km of the Alexandria - Marsa Matrouh international coastal road, the project is presented as one of the most ambitious on Egypt's coastline and is expected to generate a very large number of direct and indirect jobs.
