Noor City
TMG's first green smart city

About the project
Noor City (Noor Capital Gardens) is billed as Talaat Moustafa Group's first integrated smart city, set in the Capital Gardens district east of Cairo, on the edge of the New Administrative Capital. The project spans roughly 5,000 acres and aims to house more than 600,000 residents in around 140,000 units once complete. Built to sustainability standards and equipped with fourth-generation technology deployed for the first time in Egypt, Noor positions itself among the country's first green cities. The master plan includes a social and sports club of about 90 acres, around ten educational institutions and a roughly 15-acre medical zone dedicated to a hospital. Housing spans studios, apartments and villas, with apartments of about 67 to 230 sqm and villas of 195 to 370 sqm. Located 15 minutes from the New Capital Airport, 20 minutes from Ain Sokhna and 3 km from the Regional Ring Road, the city is under construction.
