Madinaty
TMG's integrated city east of Cairo

About the project
Madinaty is one of Egypt's largest integrated residential cities, developed by Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG). Spanning over 8,000 acres at Kilo 33 on the Suez Road on the edge of New Cairo, it is designed to house around 700,000 residents across some 120,000 units. Master-planned with international firms along European-inspired urban lines, the city blends housing, retail, sports, education, healthcare and community management into a self-sufficient community. Housing options include upscale apartments, standalone villas, townhouses and twin houses, with apartment sizes starting from about 92 sqm. Over the years Madinaty has grown into a genuine city with diverse neighbourhoods, schools, commercial zones, green spaces and leisure facilities. Its location places it about 20 minutes from New Cairo and 30 minutes from Cairo International Airport, making it one of the most established addresses in eastern Greater Cairo.
