The project is part of the wider sustainable development of the Galaxy Andraharo district, where First Immo has also launched an ambitious solar initiative. Delivery is announced for 2028. Trusted partners include COLAS Madagascar, SOCOTEC, STM, Thermocool, Climatel, Technoalarme and Guilmann for technical works.
