Designed by Patriarche (Augmented Architecture), Skyline targets EDGE certification at construction stage, signalling a significant reduction in energy and water use and responsible resource management. The project is part of the wider sustainable development of the Galaxy Andraharo district, where First Immo has also launched an ambitious solar initiative. Delivery is announced for 2028.
