Galaxy Andraharo is a business district developed by First Immo (FIMMO) in the Andraharo commercial zone of Antananarivo, Madagascar. Designed as a contemporary, sustainable urban ecosystem, it brings together several modular office buildings known as Kubes, set within landscaped gardens and an arborescent pedestrian walkway. The site hosts companies, including the headquarters of Bank of Africa and petroleum distributor Jovena. First Immo has implemented eco-responsible measures such as rainwater harvesting, locally adapted vegetation, selective waste sorting with local startup STCV, and electric-vehicle charging stations.
