About the project

Galaxy Andraharo is a business district developed by First Immo (FIMMO) in the Andraharo commercial zone of Antananarivo, Madagascar. Designed as a contemporary, sustainable urban ecosystem, it brings together several modular office buildings known as Kubes, set within landscaped gardens and an arborescent pedestrian walkway. The site hosts leading companies, including the headquarters of Bank of Africa and petroleum distributor Jovena. First Immo has implemented eco-responsible measures such as rainwater harvesting, locally adapted vegetation, selective waste sorting with local startup STCV, and electric-vehicle charging stations. The programme also includes Skyline, an office building under construction targeting EDGE certification for reduced energy and water consumption. Galaxy Andraharo positions itself as a benchmark for sustainable office real estate in Madagascar, offering modern workspaces to environmentally conscious businesses.
