300Units

About the project

The ROC de Tchikobo development, built by Maisons Sans Frontières Congo (MSF Congo), is an ambitious real-estate ensemble in the Tchikobo basin of Pointe-Noire. Now completed, the project combines a tertiary business zone and a high-standing residential area of around 300 homes, in harmony with its surroundings. The development's central axis provides for 16 buildings intended for banks, administrations, shops, hotels and clinics along a main boulevard. Since February 2017 the Tchikobo roundabout has been finished and operational, and the opening of the main avenue linking Avenue du Général De Gaulle to Avenue de Loango through the estate gives the city centre a new look. MSF Congo, active in sustainable construction in Congo since 2001, aims to address the infrastructure and sanitation challenges of the country's major cities.
