About the project
Park Place is Rabie Property Developers' new residential showpiece, set on the edge of the six-hectare Ratanga Park at the heart of Century City, Cape Town's 250-hectare New Urban estate. The scheme comprises studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments and penthouses, spread across one low-rise and two high-rise buildings. The Phase One launch in May was a resounding success, selling 90% of units on the day, over 100 properties worth R260 million, ahead of the release of the second and final phase. One-bedroom apartments start at R2.3 million, two-bedroom units from R3.4 million and three-bedroom penthouses from R6.45 million. Residents enjoy a swimming pool, sun deck, clubhouse with pizza oven and braai area, and a boules court. Ideally located, Park Place benefits from immediate proximity to the park, retail and offices of Century City. Occupation is anticipated from late 2025.
