About the project

Nine Palms is a residential building by Rabie Property Group, set on the banks of Ratanga Park in the walkable Bridgeways precinct of Century City. The project comprises 131 sectional-title apartments: studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, all with balconies (studios with Juliette balconies). Launched on 26 May, it sold quickly, with studios snapped up first. Nine Palms targets EDGE certification from the Green Building Council of South Africa and includes full back-up power to all common areas and apartments, shielding residents from load shedding.
