LucreziaBySujimoto is an ultra-luxury residential tower designed by the Sujimoto Group (Sujimoto Construction Ltd) on Banana Island, Ikoyi, Lagos. The building rises 15 storeys (14 residential floors) to about 65 metres, with 18,000 m² of living space and 4-metre floor-to-ceiling heights. It houses 22 maisonettes and 2 penthouses, offering 1- to 4-bedroom apartments. Billed as one of Africa's most prestigious residential buildings, the project represents an investment of around 52 million US dollars. Amenities include Africa's first virtual golf bar, an IMAX cinema, a 345 m² temperature-controlled pool with jacuzzi, a private salon, a crèche, full home automation and EV charging stations. The penthouses enjoy a private lift, private gym, cinema and rooftop pool. Maisonettes were offered from around 1.9 million US dollars and the penthouses (about 1,400 m² each) from around 9 million US dollars. High-level security completes this top-tier offering.
