The building rises 15 storeys (14 residential floors) to about 65 metres, with 18,000 m² of living space and 4-metre floor-to-ceiling heights. It houses 22 maisonettes and 2 penthouses, offering 1- to 4-bedroom apartments. The project represents an investment of around 52 million US dollars. Amenities include Africa's first virtual golf bar, an IMAX cinema, a 345 m² temperature-controlled pool with jacuzzi, a private salon, a crèche, full home automation and EV charging stations. The penthouses enjoy a private lift, private gym, cinema and rooftop pool. Maisonettes were offered from around 1.9 million US dollars and the penthouses (about 1,400 m² each) from around 9 million US dollars. High-level security completes this top-tier offering.
