About the project
Leonardo by Sujimoto is an ultra-premium residential tower rising on 1st Avenue, Banana Island, Lagos' most exclusive enclave. Inspired by the genius of Leonardo da Vinci, the USD 225 million project stands 33 floors high (about 220 feet) on a private waterfront with its own jetty. It offers 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments, maisonettes (around 454 sqm), villas and penthouses of up to 1,350 sqm. The developer's signature shows in the amenities: an infinity pool, Zaha Hadid bathrooms, private elevators, full home automation, EV charging stations (a Nigerian first), an IMAX cinema, a virtual golf bar, an in-house salon, a creche and a clubhouse. More than 1,000 African artworks and sculptures adorn the building. Developed by the Sujimoto Group, led by Sijibomi Ogundele, Leonardo targets investors seeking strong returns, with delivery announced for the first quarter of 2025 and staggered payment plans.
