Cité SONATUR de Bindougousso
Modern, secure estate in Bindougousso, Bobo-Dioulasso

About the project
The SONATUR Bindougousso estate is a housing programme officially launched by Burkina Faso's national urban land development agency (SONATUR) on 29 November 2025, on the north-eastern edge of Bobo-Dioulasso, the country's economic capital. The project comprises 66 F4-type duplexes (extendable to R+1) and 17 multi-purpose buildings of R+3 and above, combining ground-floor commercial space with upper-floor housing in a logic of urban densification. The site spans 25 hectares, with a 5-hectare first phase. Construction is entrusted to HAM-Burkina, the Burkinabè subsidiary of HAM-Mali, under a public-private partnership. According to SONATUR's management, the economic model has been carefully studied and units will be offered on accessible terms, strengthening the supply of modern, secure mixed-use housing in a fast-growing city.
