About the project

Uniciti is the Smart City developed by Medine Property over about 823 acres between Bambous, Cascavelle and Flic-en-Flac on the west coast of Mauritius. Inaugurated in 2017, it forms an integrated ecosystem blending residential, offices, retail and sustainable infrastructure. The city brings together a full education hub (Westcoast International School, Middlesex University Mauritius), the SPARC sports and medical centre, Cascavelle shopping mall and the Uniciti office park. Several residential neighbourhoods coexist: Oceanside (272 serviced plots of 375 to 1,520 sqm from Rs 3.1 million), The Grove (49 built units), and Magenta Parkside (470 plots of 500 to 3,980 sqm). Eligible under the Smart City Scheme, the project targets both Mauritians and foreign investors, who can obtain a residence permit.
