Uniciti / Medine Smart City
Integrated smart city at the gateway to Mauritius' West

About the project
Uniciti is the smart city developed by Medine Property on the west coast of Mauritius, spanning Bambous, Cascavelle and Flic-en-Flac. Planned over roughly 347 hectares, it forms an integrated ecosystem combining residential, retail, office space and smart, sustainable infrastructure. The city brings together all the components of quality city life: schools, healthcare, sport, retail and green parks. Its education hub features flagship institutions such as Westcoast International Primary and Secondary School and Middlesex University Mauritius, hosting over 2,000 students. Uniciti also includes the SPARC Sports and Medical Centre, the Cascavelle shopping mall and the Uniciti Office Park. The smart city focuses on higher education and research while offering a complete, connected and sustainable living environment. Developed by Medine Ltd, a diversified group with long-standing heritage, it shapes the west of the island with a coherent, purposeful urban vision.
