Two Rivers Development
Nairobi's landmark mixed-use city around Two Rivers Mall

About the project
Two Rivers is a large mixed-use development of about 100 acres built by Centum Real Estate in northern Nairobi, in the diplomatic Gigiri area (Ruaka side). The masterplan combines retail, offices, hotels, residential and leisure. Its centrepiece, the Two Rivers Mall, occupies about 10% of the site over 10.2 acres and is anchored by Carrefour; the wider scheme, valued around $226 million, includes hotels and apartments. Named after the two rivers crossing the land, the project won at the 2018 African Property Awards. Centum develops several residential projects there, including Riverbank Apartments, the residential flagship of the Two Rivers Social City, and 26 Mzizi Court. The group is also rolling out the Two Rivers Financial Centre and exploring an affordable-housing component. Benefiting from its location in Gigiri's diplomatic blue zone, close to UN agencies and embassies, Two Rivers stands as one of East Africa's most ambitious mixed-use addresses.
