Tirupati Development is building the Tirupati Business Park in Namanve on an 8.5‑acre site. The park will include 80 warehouses providing between 10,000 and 12,000 m² of leasable space. It will also offer modern office spaces and retail units. Direct access from the main road gives a logistical advantage, and ample parking will support small‑ and medium‑sized enterprises. A similar 10‑hectare project is planned in Mbarara with about 100 warehouses, some of which will be cold‑storage.
