Tirupati Development is a family-owned company founded in Uganda in 2006 and chaired by Harshad Barot. It specializes in building shopping malls, housing estates, industrial parks and apartments, and serves as an official contractor for government construction projects. The company introduced commercial condominium ownership in Uganda with Tirupati Ovino Market and Tirupati Mazima Mall, and operates Tirupati Business Park, a 60,700 m² industrial park hosting 150 warehouses and 2,000 workers.
