About the project
The MARC (Maude and Rivonia Corner) is a R3 billion mixed-use development by Eris Property Group at 129 Rivonia Road, in the heart of Sandton, South Africa's most powerful business district. Built on the former Village Walk site from 2014 and completed in 2018, the precinct is organised around a multi-storey retail atrium opening onto Maude Street, topped by two office towers. The first, taller tower has 17 floors; the second has 12, together offering tens of thousands of square metres of premium office space. Both towers are certified 5-star Green Star, a mark of environmental performance. Eris Property Group established its own head office there in December 2020. Blending retail, restaurants and multi-tenant offices, The MARC is a landmark address in Sandown, minutes from Sandton City and the Gautrain station.
