About the project
The MARC (Maude and Rivonia Corner) is a R3 billion mixed-use development by Eris Property Group at 129 Rivonia Road, in the heart of Sandton, a business district in South Africa. Built on the former Village Walk site from 2014 and completed in 2018, the precinct is organised around a multi-storey retail atrium opening onto Maude Street, topped by two office towers. The first, taller tower has 17 floors; the second has 12, together offering tens of thousands of square metres of premium office space. Both towers are certified 5-star Green Star, a mark of environmental performance. Eris Property Group established its own head office there in December 2020. Blending retail, restaurants and multi-tenant offices, The MARC is a landmark address in Sandown, minutes from Sandton City and the Gautrain station.
