The project stretches along a 1.6 km private beach lined with crystal-clear swimmable lagoons and landscaped green spaces. It offers a wide range of holiday homes: chalets, apartments, penthouses, duplexes, townhouses, twin houses and standalone villas. At the heart of the resort are a 5-star hotel, a sophisticated clubhouse, a commercial district with restaurants and shops, plus jogging, cycling and skateboarding trails. Security and premium services round out an offering designed for the comfort of holidaymakers. The project is currently under construction in the Ras El Hekma area.
