New Giza
1,500 acres of golf living overlooking the Pyramids

About the project
New Giza is a 1,500-acre mixed-use urban community developed by G Developments (founded 2006 by Mahmoud El-Gammal and Salah Diab) in West Cairo, along the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road near 6th of October City. The master plan by German firm Die Stadt dedicates roughly 87% of the land to green and outdoor space. The estate is organised into residential districts complemented by recreational, medical, educational and sports facilities. Highlights include an 18-hole golf course overlooking the Pyramids with a 4 km walking trail, New Giza University (medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, business, finance), international schools, social and sports clubs, a mall and the mixed-use New Giza Downtown district. Homes range across apartments (85-393 sqm), duplexes (380-495 sqm), twin houses (324-486 sqm) and standalone villas (380-654 sqm). Prices run from about EGP 1.65M for an apartment to EGP 23M for a villa, with a payment plan of 10% down and the balance in equal interest-free instalments over 7 years.
