About the project

Résidences El Mourouj 3 and 6 are housing programmes built by SPROLS (the social housing development company) in the urban zones of El Mourouj 3 and El Mourouj 6, in Ben Arous, south of Tunis. In total, 277 units are planned across the two sites, with sales expected during the year. The apartments, notably S+3 types, are offered in R+3 residences set in a quiet, residential environment. Each home features quality finishes: pre-installed central heating, built-in closets (bedroom, hallway, kitchen), aluminium joinery and a free parking space. Economic housing prices at SPROLS start at around 1,242 dinars per square metre, and buyers can use various financing mechanisms such as Foprolos or housing loans. Established in 1977, SPROLS has built more than 25,000 homes and is pursuing a large national programme of 2,644 units.
