About the project

Résidence Calao-Kipé is an upscale residential development built by Kakandé Immo S.A., a subsidiary of the Guicopres Group, in the Kipé district of Conakry. Unveiled to clients and partners on 21 March 2025, the residence enjoys a waterfront location near the Centre Émetteur junction. The project spans 3.4 hectares and is being delivered in two phases. Phase one comprises eleven buildings ranging from R+3 to R+5, made up of F2 to F5 apartments as well as duplexes and penthouses with rooftop swimming pools, totalling around 200 housing units. Phase two plans 15 individual R+1 villas. The elegant, contemporary architecture blends luxury, modernity and security. At the time of its unveiling, construction was more than 40% complete. Kakandé Immo has been shaping Guinea's real estate landscape for over fifteen years, offering modern and accessible residences.
