About the project

Résidence Calao-Kipé is an upscale residential development built by Kakandé Immo S.A., a subsidiary of the Guicopres Group, in the sought-after Kipé district of Conakry. Unveiled to clients and partners on 21 March 2025, the residence enjoys an exceptional waterfront location near the Centre Émetteur junction. The project spans 3.4 hectares and is being delivered in two phases. Phase one comprises eleven buildings ranging from R+3 to R+5, made up of F2 to F5 apartments as well as duplexes and penthouses with rooftop swimming pools, totalling around 200 housing units. Phase two plans 15 individual R+1 villas. The elegant, contemporary architecture blends luxury, modernity and security. At the time of its unveiling, construction was more than 40% complete.
