PPH Auasblick is a public‑private partnership between the City of Windhoek and Properties. The development includes more than 270 ERFs for residential, institutional and commercial use. Phase 1 is already completed and Phase 2 is slated to start soon. Buyers pay a reservation deposit of N$ 50 000 and must complete full payment after the suspensive conditions are met. Construction must begin within two years of transfer, with a minimum building value estimated at 3.5‑4 times the ERF value.
