The Properties division develops land‑delivery projects and mixed residential‑commercial buildings such as PPH Auasblick, Vivo House, Pawa Plaza and Otavi Extension 4. Projects are carried out in partnership with local authorities and private partners like Sinco Investments and VIVO Energy Namibia.
