About the project

The Plein Sud project enables contributing to Casablanca's development, in the Anfa‑Club district.

The Plein Sud project is located at the southern edge of the Anfa‑Club district, opposite the 6600 m² Anfa Park. It includes 88 apartments ranging from two‑ to five‑room units, together with 3500 m² of office space and 400 m² of retail. The architecture draws on a “Riad” concept, featuring bioclimatic design, stepped terraces and private gardens. The building enjoys strong southern solar exposure and clear views, while maintaining privacy with a closed north‑side block.
