L’APPARTEMENT HÔTEL JASMIN

About the project

Contemporary project integrated into Casablanca's urban context, a tribute to modern Art Deco.

The Jasmin apartment hotel is located in Casablanca, opposite the public square. The building draws inspiration from the modern movement and Art Deco of the early 20th century. Its urban façade interacts with the outdoor space and creates an intimate south‑facing area. The building’s shape features soft curves and fluid volumes. The project aims to become a landmark of the new district promoted by the AUDA.
