About the project

Mon Tresor is a smart, sustainable coastal town developed by Omnicane in the south of Mauritius, right next to the international airport. Spanning about 400 hectares, the project reconciles urban intelligence with nature and technological innovation with eco-responsibility. It transforms formerly underused land into a mixed-use community blending residential, commercial, educational and recreational spaces. The Mon Tresor Business Gateway is already operational with its first phase, an office park housing Omnicane's headquarters since late 2018. The Trade Port and free-trade zone span 24 hectares, offering an attractive tax regime and preferential access to international markets. The residential mix is diverse: high-end villas, affordable townhouses, apartments, duplexes with pools, penthouses, mid-range villas and land plots. The project's sustainability commitment is monitored under the BREEAM standard, ensuring best practices across all building and infrastructure stages. Smart City Scheme eligible, Mon Tresor benefits from tax incentives and a strategic location near the airport.
