About the project

Lotissement Olembé is a serviced-plot development by MAETUR (Cameroon's public urban and rural land-development agency) in the Olembé district at the northern entrance to Yaoundé, in the 1st district, Mfoundi Department, Centre Region. The site sits about 10 km from downtown Yaoundé and roughly one kilometre from National Route N°4 (the Yaoundé-Obala axis), near the new Olembé stadium. The subdivision offers 190 plots of 500 sqm, 600 sqm, 800 sqm and larger. It is fully serviced: asphalt roads, potable water network, electricity network, wastewater treatment, video surveillance, cycling paths, public lighting and fibre optics, plus urban-planning advice and brigades enforcing building rules and maintenance. Official pricing and availability should be confirmed with MAETUR; secondary-market listings show references around FCFA 100,000 per square metre for a titled lot. MAETUR is Cameroon's public urban land-development operator.
