About the project
Loftus Park is a green, mixed-use urban precinct developed jointly by Redefine Properties, a JSE-listed real estate investment trust, and Abland, one of South Africa's leading developers. Located at the heart of Pretoria's sporting, cultural and diplomatic hub in the Arcadia district, it adjoins the landmark Loftus Versfeld Stadium and lies within walking distance of the University of Pretoria, the Pretoria Boys and Girls High Schools, the Union Buildings, embassies and museums.
