About the project
Loftus Park is a green, mixed-use urban precinct developed jointly by Redefine Properties, a JSE-listed real estate investment trust, and Abland, a South African developer. Located at the heart of Pretoria's sporting, cultural and diplomatic hub in the Arcadia district, it adjoins Loftus Versfeld Stadium and lies within walking distance of the University of Pretoria, the Pretoria Boys and Girls High Schools, the Union Buildings, embassies and museums. The development offers roughly 55,000 sqm of gross lettable area, including about 15,800 sqm of offices, 8,000 sqm of retail, a 10,000 sqm hotel and a 3,500 sqm gym. Its first phase, opened in 2018, delivered A-grade office space, a premium gym and an open-air piazza lined with restaurants and convenience retail. Accredited 4-Star Green Star, the precinct plans later phases including a hospital and additional offices. Loftus Park is a place to live and work in Pretoria.
