The facility includes a chilled chamber at 4‑5 °C with capacity for 1,000 pallets and a frozen chamber for 6,000 pallets, featuring bonded warehousing. A 30‑ton blast freezer is installed for rapid product processing. The plant uses a modern refrigeration system to optimise energy use and mobile racking to improve operational efficiency.
