La Perle du Lac is a luxury waterfront residential complex developed by the Tuniso-Kuwaiti Company El Emar (STKE) on the lake's edge, within Tunis's Berges du Lac district. The scheme offers 43 apartments across varied layouts: studios, 1-bed and lofts, 2-bed, 3-bed, duplexes and penthouses. Its contemporary architecture comes with premium features: reinforced rock-wool thermal and acoustic insulation, integrated home automation (shutters, lighting, heating, AC, security), anti-burglary armored doors, motorized double-glazed aluminum windows, fitted kitchens, marble finishes and landscaped gardens. Berges du Lac — an upscale business and residential district built on land reclaimed from the Lake of Tunis — concentrates embassies, corporate headquarters, hotels and high-end retail.
